All new color clients, and all color appointments made more than one month in advance, are required to pay a deposit of $100. This deposit will count towards your balance, but is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within a week (168hrs) of the appointment time.

Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within a week of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the predicted appointment total.

Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the predicted appointment total.
